Rick Crawford

Rick Crawford is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations focused on Environmental Health and Safety, of KPS Capital Partners.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2023, Mr. Crawford worked at ERM where he was the Principal Consultant focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to ERM, Mr. Crawford worked for Wood Environmental and Infrastructure and was a key consultant for many of KPS acquisitions.  Mr. Crawford holds both a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
