Paul Boot

Paul Boot is a Manager, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Mr. Boot has worked with Efficio, Hitachi, and KPMG with focus on accelerating improvements in procurement with our European portfolio companies. Mr. Boot holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utrecht University, Netherlands, and a Master of Science degree in Management from ESCP Europe, Paris, France.
