Michael Brotherton

Michael Brotherton is a Managing Director, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Mr. Brotherton was a Vice President of Global Operations at CTS Corporation.  Prior to CTS, Mr. Brotherton held several roles at Methode Electronics, Inc. in technical, operational and commercial positions.  Mr. Brotherton holds an Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Illinois University.
