Mallory Sears

Mallory Sears is an Analyst, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $14.4 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2022) focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2015, Ms. Sears held positions at Columbia University Medical Center and the University of Illinois at Chicago conducting medical research in transplantation.  She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a B.S. in Neurobiology.
