Katia Robard

Katia Robard is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Ms. Robard was a Vice President of Finance for Hitachi Astemo in their brake business unit and CFO for the ex Chassis Brakes International entities. Prior to Hitachi Astemo, Ms. Robard was the Group Consolidation, Reporting & Accounting Director at Chassis Brakes International Group. Ms. Robard holds a M.S. degree in Corporate Finance from Em Lyon Business School in Europe and is French CPA.
