Jeff Bougher

Jeff Bougher is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2013, Mr. Bougher held positions with Visteon/Varroc TYC, M4 Sciences, The Timken Company and Caterpillar.  Mr. Bougher holds a M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a M.E.M. degree from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and M.S. and B.S degrees from Purdue University.
