Jason Goodwin

Jason Goodwin is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations focused on Environmental, Health, and Safety, of KPS Capital Partners.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2024, Mr. Goodwin served as the Vice President of Global Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Entegris, Inc. Prior to Entegris, he was the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at CMC Materials and held EHS leadership roles with CARBO Ceramics and Calpine Corporation.  Mr. Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas and a Masters in Manufacturing Leadership from Georgia Tech.
