Delane Taylor

Delane Taylor is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.8 billion of assets under management (as of June 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS, Mr. Taylor held interim positions in Operational Excellence with former KPS portfolio companies Blue Ridge Paper Products Inc., Bristol Compressors International, Inc., and Motor Coach Industries, Inc. Prior to these roles, he held positions with NC State University, Toyota Motors, Continental Automotive and ITT Industries. Mr. Taylor received a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University and an M.B.A. from Walden University.
