Tim de Kogel

Tim de Kogel is Vice President, Legal and Compliance of KPS Netherlands Management BV, the Dutch subsidiary of KPS Capital Partners, LP.  KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $21.4 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2024), focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing..

Prior to joining KPS in 2018, Mr. de Kogel worked was a legal officer at TMF Group, a global provider of business services to clients operating and investing globally. Before that, he was a lawyer for 2 years and admitted to The Hague and Amsterdam bar. Mr. de Kogel graduated from the University of Amsterdam (LL.M, 2006).
