Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a Senior Accountant of KPS Capital Partners, LP.   KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $12.0 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2020) focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.

Prior to joining KPS in 2020, Mr. Smith was a Senior Accountant at Prince Capital Partners.  Prior to Prince Capital Partners, he was an Associate at KPMG LLP.  Mr. Smith graduated with an M.S. in Professional Accountancy from the University of Albany.
