Satya Ponnuru is an Associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $1.8 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.

Prior to joining KPS in 2006, Mr. Ponnuru was an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Ponnuru graduated from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a B.S. in Finance and a Masters in Accounting.
