Mr. Hicks is a Managing Director, Director of Business Development for KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $2.6 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2007, Mr. Hicks was a Managing Director at FirstLight Financial Corporation. Prior to FirstLight, he was a Managing Director and Northeast Region Manager for GE’s Corporate Lending.
Mr. Hicks graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance and Investments.
