KPS Capital Partners, LP

Phil Conway is an Associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $1.8 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.

Prior to joining KPS in 2008, Mr. Conway held positions in accounting and most recently in production at Arcelor Mittal Steel. Mr. Conway graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a B.S. in Operations Management.
