Masanobu Fujita is an Associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $1.8 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2007, Mr. Fujita was a VP and CFO of MC Financial Services Ltd. Before joining MC Financial Services Ltd., Mr. Fujita worked as a Principal at the M&A Unit of Mitsubishi Corporation Tokyo, as well as with Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division as a Summer Associate. Mr. Fujita received a B.A in Management from Keio University in Tokyo and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
