Fred Spivak is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations for KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $2.8 billion of assets under management focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2011, Mr. Spivak served as the interim CFO of Motor Coach Industries, Inc. and held senior financial and operating positions at Lenox Group, Colorado Prime Foods and Lifetime Brands. Mr. Spivak holds a B.S. degree from the School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
