Evan LePatner is a Vice President of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $2.7 billion of assets under management focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2007, Mr. LePatner was an Associate at Kohlberg & Company LLC, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to Kohlberg, he was an Analyst in the Global Industrial Group at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Mr. LePatner graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science.
