
Mr. Curley is a Managing Director of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $1.8 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations. At KPS, Mr. Curley’s focus is to add value to the Funds’ portfolio companies.
Prior to joining KPS, Mr. Curley was Chief Executive Officer of Curtis Papers Inc., a former KPS portfolio company. Prior to leading Curtis, Mr. Curley held management positions with International Paper, Boise Cascade, and Mead.
Mr. Curley holds degrees in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and in business from Central Michigan University. He is a registered Professional Engineer.
