
Bhumika Shah is the Controller of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $1.8 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2004, Ms. Shah was an Assistant Controller at Soros Fund Management LLC in their Private Equity group. Prior to Soros, she was a Senior in Deloitte & Touche LLP's audit practice specializing in Private Equity Funds/Financial Services. Ms. Shah graduated from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a B.S in Finance and Accounting.
