Lee Mlotek is an Associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $2.6 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2007, Mr. Mlotek was an Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company specializing in Restructurings and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Mlotek graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in Economics.
