James Shanahan is an Associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS
Funds are private equity funds with over $2.8 billion of assets under management focused
on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other
special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2011, Mr. Shanahan was an Analyst in the Global Consumer
Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Mr. Shanahan holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University.
