Adam Johnston is an associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $2.6 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations.
Prior to joining KPS in 2009, Mr. Johnston was an investment banking analyst at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. Mr. Johnston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
